Telephone call with agent went well and achieved what we wanted, but then had to register for my account! What a nightmare... It took longer to register than it did to take out the policy - hours,
Details and information was incorrectly loaded / copied by agents - impossible to get them back on the phone... more trouble than worth..... consider your options
