Luke the case worker I had was amazing literally explained everything nice and simple terms with no fuss or moaning involved. I wouldn't have recommended or asked for a better person too deal with. A pleasure dealing with this guy 10/10 customer service and would recommend anyone who uses this company too try get or deal with luke the guys a pleasure too talk too and deal with. Tells you how it is and doesn't make things complicated and over exaggerated.
