Carl Thompson (representative) was polite and chatty! He got us a much better deal than what we currently had on our life insurance! He was prompt and to the point and sorted it all out over 2 phone calls
Emails were sent confirming our new policy and I had 2 weeks to cancel if needed. Highly recommend taking the call and listening to what they have to say! We’ve saved £9 per month, and more benefits!!
