Was helped out today by Jess who made the whole process simple and straightforward. I am well informed on everything and wasn’t left confused after the phone call. Process was long but thanks to the enthusiasm and helpfulness it seemed to fly by. Everything was laid out simply and if I wasn’t sure on anything Jess was quick to inform me.
