Usually I get so many nuisance calls I don’t want to answer my mobile to numbers that aren’t in my contact list. But I’m glad I did. Both advisers were patient and had really great custom service. They waited whilst I accessed the relevant info. My partner and I now believe we had insurance that is tailored to our specific needs. James especially did a fab job explaining the differences so that we made an informed choice. Thank you.
