The staff were polite and friendly. The calls were persistent and staff determined to get a better premium than what I was already paying for insurance. The only negative would be sheer volume of questions that sometimes I didn’t hear properly and the phone call lasted an hour 🙈 But overall it worked out better as they got me a better term and rate 😃
