The agent I spoke to was very informative and had a nice manner about her, which wasn't pushy or off putting. By the end of the conversation, I felt that she had understood my situation well and grasped my needs. She wasn't trying to sell me the most expensive policy as she realised I had limited means and wanted to sell me a policy that was most suited to me. Would recommend her to others.
