Both Rhys Grimshaw and Arron were of huge support in setting up cover today. They were easy to talk to, listened to frustrations and worries about past experiences of trying to set up cover but most importantly worked to overcome them for me. A huge thank you to both of them for their brilliant customer service and making an unexpected phone call many people avoid worth while and very positive!
