Michel was very professional and patient. She was very clear and answered all questions I had in regards to the policy. She assured me I was in safe hands and made sure I made the best choices when It came to what policy best suited me. Excellent customer service skills. I will definitely be recommending family members and friends to her in regards to assessing and potentially making a new life insurance claims.
