I am usually very sceptical with phone calls from agents in regards to change any aspect of my life, let it be insurance, mortgage, or energy provider. However Kevin was very informative, polite and professional what made it very easy for me to listen and forget about my scepticism. He wasnt pushing any deals to me, just informed me about my policy and the benefits of a potentional change. He was not rushing me at any point, and if something was not clear to me he took the time and clarified everything point be point. Made me feel a valuable customer and made me feel that it is my opinion what matters and not the product he is trying to sell. Superb customer service.
