The guy I dealt with was unbelievable! I'm sure his name was Kevin Ferguson (don't quote me on that, I'm not 100% with names). He understood every aspect of my life and had the upmost respect. It's very nice feeling dealing with a real person who speaks to you like a real person. He understood how busy life can be and spoke through things in a calm and professional manner. I would definitely recommend this service to family and friends. Such a reassuring service being able to talk to someone so openly and calmly about a subject that is slightly morbid.
