Kevin explained very comprehensively all our options. He was patient with the fact that my husband was out when he had arranged to call and kindly rescheduled. He was polite and friendly and made us feel at ease. He did not pressure us into buying any product but told us our options and we chose to go with the new policies as they seems a really good option.
