Hayley who was in communication with my wife and I presented information in a basic clear way, which was helpful to understand as we had become confused with other providers who we felt were more sales and performance driven. We are aware that all providers are seeking increased income and performance on sales of policies, however we felt we were treated as valued customers, not just another sales target.
