My advisor was very patient as it took a few attempts to get me free and at home, over a few weeks.
Throughout the call I felt valued and respected. Despite the lengthy call, she kept me engaged so I didn’t really notice the length of call. The end result was that I saved around £60 for the year which I really appreciated.
