The whole telephone call from beginning to being handed over to the Sales Consultant was professional, dealt with in a timely manner and not pushy and full explanation (not jargon) was used throughout. Full credit to Ryan and the person before him for the call and for the person who trains up the personnel. The cost for cover suited what I required and I have also asked my friend to look from which I will ask the Team to give her a call too. Handled correctly word of mouth recommendations can travel a long way x
