I received your call at a very sensitive time and was very dubious about a variety of 'scam calls' I had been receiving, especially since moving home in early March. The initial caller sounded a little 'scripted', but having worked on a banking call team, I appreciate the difficulty of creating the required rapport when 'cold calling' is rather tricky. I was in the midst of reviewing my life and critical illness cover, having recently separated from my husband shortly before the Covid19 crisis. After being put through the Holly Greenhalgh I was immediately put at my ease and throughout a long conversation discussing not only my physical illnesses but my current emotional state, Holly was a 'breath of fresh air' in a difficult time. Importantly it was apparent that Holly knew her product information very well and also conducted the call in such a way that having to search for the relevant policy provider, as I suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome, and assumed I could not access life cover, felt like a seamless process.
