I had a call back from Rhys who was to the point, informative and hilarious! It is sometimes hard to factor in a long phone call into an already busy day and, as I am with call backs, I was hesitant and ready to ask him to call back another time. However, Rhys enticed me to stay on the line (a sucker for a good laugh) and I am so glad I did. As an initial point of call, Rhys was kind and inclusive; important qualities to have when discussing something personal like life insurance. Rhys passed me onto Harry Lane who was both considerate and professional as he explained my policy to great depth and answered all my questions. Again, really important customer care qualities to have when discussing life insurance, leaving no stone unturned. The quote I was given was the lowest rate I have been quoted, in comparison to other companies, and yet it ticked all the relevant boxes. Harry was understanding of my current living and working situations and made me think carefully about the best option regarding the years/life ahead. We discussed what policy would best suit me and Harry was quick to set everything up and email me with all the relevant information. I particularly like that Harry will be continuing all further conversations with me regarding my policy, again a great service for something quite personal.
