Luke was a pleasure to talk to and extremely helpful. I usually try to end these sorts of calls but I wanted to listen and learn more. He has not only saved me a few pence each month but made my kids richer!! (I'm sure they will be ecstatic!) Luke explained everything in easily understandable language and I was happy to change my existing policies with one recommended by yourselves. Excellent customer service.
