I appreciate you have a high number of calls to get through but everything was said very quickly at the start of the phone call that I couldn’t understand which company was calling and was initially suspicious it was a con. However I felt more reassured once I got talking to Naomi, who was great. My advice would be just to slow down the automated speech at the beginning, I felt a bit overwhelmed with information
