First Lady I spoke to was amazing and very very helpful. Second lady, not so much. Quite rude actually. But the bears are beautiful so this totally makes up for it. The delivery arrived really quickly and we absolutely love the eco range! Beautiful bears. The recording devices are great too with a protection guard to stop the recording being deleted.
