I’ve been a customer for many many years .
Recently I went into store , emailed and finally rang the store to enquire if they could sell a palliative chair I had previously purchased from them .
Spoke with Ella who ensured the boss would get back to me .
Common curtesy to at least respond has been non existence .
Would not bother with this store again .
Years ago the service was amazing .
