I ordered a large 3-meter rug from @benuta_ch, only to receive an order confirmation with the wrong color. I contacted customer service within 5 minutes to fix their mistake, but instead of correcting it, they told me they’ll ship the wrong item anyway! Now, I’m expected to receive it, return it, wait for a refund, and reorder—all because of their error. This is not only terrible customer service but also an environmental waste. They ignored the chance to prevent an unnecessary shipment, and it shows a complete lack of responsibility. I can’t recommend this company—be warned, if they mess up, you’ll be the one dealing with the headache.
