Goods paid on 2th of November, after 5 days goods have been dispatched by Benuta and assigned to GLS (7th of November) at Germany warehouse.
After 1 week (14th of November) goods are still at GLS warehouse in Germany: it's unacceptable.
When I buy on line I pay for quality of goods and quality of service.
Right now I can judge the service provided by Benuta and it's the worst I've ever received from any other european e-commerce in terms of speed.
