Had my engagement and wedding ring remade (due to the size of my finger increasing over the years). Very emotional process but Gemma was so kind and patient. Over the moon with the final result, the customer service throughout was amazing, they are all about the customer and trying to accommodate your needs as much as possible. Staff always very polite and happy when I needed to visit the shop in Newcastle. Would not hesitate to recommend this jewellers. :-)
