Berkshire Fencing AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! First placed an order earlier in the year and although their communication regarding the delivery was non-existent (we had to chase several times) and did not receive the delivery as stated a couple of times. We did eventually receive the required goods of good quality and were pleased with our our order. Albeit, they did arrive at 10.30pm on a Saturday night! So, we decided to place a second order on the 10th July for more of the same fencing, we heard nothing for weeks after unsuccessfully trying to contact them via phone and emails. On the 4th August we received an email from 'Mel' who advised that they would be unable to deliver our order as they had problems sourcing delivery/courier, therefore they would be cancelling our order and issuing us with a refund. After numerous unanswered calls, answerphone messages and emails we have received nothing! We had paid by bank transfer as no other payment options would work so are now having to go down the route of a Claims Court, it's just unnecessary stress and hassle we could do without! This company are more than happy to take your order and your money, and you get nothing in return. Absolutely impossible to get any response from them, they do not answer the phone or respond to email, they just do not care! Please do not part with your hard earned cash for this lot to pocket it! AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
