Lovely personal customer service even though I had not been back for a while due to covid. Came to pick up shoes I had ordered online then preceded to spend the next hour in the shop trying on items and buying a gorgeous new jumper -. Perfect ‘me time’ . The team are all fantastic and Karen is an inspiration as a fellow curvy girl giving confidence. Can’t wait to come back - yes I do need that American jumper in another colour!
