Having recently popped in to the Bernard Boutique store with my daughter to get a closer look at something we’d seen in the window display, and to have a general browse I was delighted to find such lovely welcoming staff, a fab range of clothing, footwear and accessories and an added bonus of exemplary Customer Service from them where nothing was too much trouble (something that has become a rare event in recent times) - And no awkward pushy ‘you have to buy it now’ moments, despite it being a considered purchase, that most of us have experienced at some point or another. I left the store very happy with my experience, my daughter the same, and I subsequently returned the next day to make a purchase in store and then another online, receiving fantastic customer service on each occasion. I will definitely be shopping at this lovely Boutique Gem of a store again soon and would have absolutely no hesitation in Recommending them to anyone thinking of shopping with them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
