i took my Jeep to have the disk pads replaced and a new steering ball joint fitted. The screwed up the front brakes badly and fitted the ball joint incorrectly. It cost over £2k to get the damage repaired at the main dealership.
Now going to Court.
Definitely a garage to avoid like the plague
