Unfortunately we could not get one of the heaters to work. They were both different and after raising this we were told that they did both work although one was hard to light and needed a different technique to the other. Dissapointing but looks like user error!
The heaters were also delivered a day late due to not having gas. We didn't get any refund for this but were given an extra day which was of no use to us as our party was over and we were leaving the place we had rented!
