From my initial contact to returning the tool ( Petrol Vibrating Plate 350mm) the customer service could not be better. I was direxcted to the nearest outlet and the staff were very helpful. They shown me how to operate the machine and explained the safety requirements.
Finall, the cost was more than accepted. I would highly recommend the company for hiring tools.
