The Web Site was a bit "difficult", but the staff at the Bedminster office were excellent. The young man at the counter was superb, very helpful and provided a remarkable service. The delivery driver was also extremley helpful at delivery and telephoned before collection to confirm the collection time. All in all a very remarkable service.
