Having eaten the most delicious steak and eggs in a restaurant we asked the chef what his secret was. His reply was cooking in eggs in marrowbone butter.
We used this product by adding a half teaspoon to some butter to fry our eggs.
Whilst the taste was not exactly as the restaurant's it was equally as good.
So happy we found this product.
