Ordered on 1st jan with a 5 day postage and packing time. It Hasn’t arrived and the tracking just says ‘cannot locate courier service’ I’ve contacted the customer service 4 times with no response, despite it saying they ‘only take 24 hours to respond. They then emailed to ask me to rate the product!! Wouldn’t recommend
