Visited this branch in Hinckley last week and can honestly say that this will be the last time I ever visit. On walking into the store, which is usually OK, I was greeted by the vile stench of dog pooh. As a dog owner myself I can distinguish between the smell of drains being off and the stench of dog pooh! I can honestly say that the shop reeked and made me gag! At no point should a shop, which encourages you to take your time by trying products, EVER smell this bad. Why there is a dog in the building I do not know and I didn't wait to find out. This experience has put me off and I can vouch that I will not step foot into the place again! Sorry best 4 ecigs you have lost my custom.
