Reviewing for my mum. Fits wrong pump twice then uses excuse after excuse not to rectify this. Ignores contacts. After 1 year of excuses finally sent someone else to fit a pump, which is hopefully the correct one. Paid £190 extra for the type of pump that should have been fitted in the 1st place. Lack of knowledge and when things go wrong a lack of customer service
