I was trying to locate a stock of discontinued laminate flooring. They located and supplied it (and confirmed the supply before ordering), then managed to deliver next day. Staff were extemely helpful; no additional charges for discontinued stock, no extra charges for next day delivery. Excellent job all round, and really helped me out. All for two boxes! Cannot rate them too highly.
I should add that they were the 10th or so supplier that I contacted. No one else made any effort.
