United airline says I'm not eligible for a refund and tells me to contact the agency that sold me the flight so I can get credit and rebook. I don't understand why you did that to me if everything was already paid for, you are extortionists and they just want to steal money from customers and they weren't able to communicate with me and let me know what was happening!!!
