RUN FOR YOUR LIFE...... If it was possible to give a -10, I would. This company is a complete SCAM!!! The night before my flight, I kept wondering why I wasn't getting a text to "check in" so I called United. United cancelled my tickets and I find out about it at 9 pm the evening before my morning flight. This was a work trip I HAD to go on leaving 11/26/22. So, after two hours of fighting with United, they rebooked me at the same rate I paid this crappy company, "Best Airfares." Oh, and by the way, United told me that this is actually a travel agency known as "Easy Peasy Travel" - https://easypeasytravels.com/ - dear God, don't ever use them. They never told me that they were a travel agency. They sent the money to United for my tickets, and now United won't give me my money back after multiple attempts. I was told to simply "fill out a refund form online but that my tickets were non-refundable and non-transferable and that it likely wouldn't happen. This despicable company charged me $389 for their "fee." A few days after booking my ticket, the person I spoke to on the phone was texting me asking for me to send her a good review because her boss needed it to give her a promotion. She practically begged me. I knew that then that something was amiss and that's when I started digging into this company but was assured that my tickets were legit and I did have a valid confirmation number - I checked. After which point, United saw them as a scam and that is why they cancelled my tickets. What a NIGHTMARE. Just book on Google Flights from now on, pay the money and you won't have any trouble. Never again. That was $400 down the drain.
