The worst experience of my life. They are trying to take and take and take money from you. Am aweful was to treat people that work hard. I had an emergency and needed to change a flight to a later date and they went in and charged me again for the changes. The flight I purchased online wasn $697 and I’m up to $1300 now with the forced upgrade since the original flight didn’t allow luggage. It’s not fair.
