My experience purchasing a ticket through BESTTICKETFARE on January 16, 2024, has been a nightmare. My fiancé mother passed recently, and I scheduled a flight online through BestTicketFare. They book my flight on Alaska Airline and called me the next day on January 17, 2024 and told me, the flight price will increase due to no more promotion seats available and they would need $400 more or they will have to cancel my reservation with no refund. I was emotionally outraged and speechless. BestTicketFare is stating in the Itinerary terms, they have the right to increase the price of your ticket, and if you do not agree, they can cancel with no refund. After 3 calls to the company and management, they refuse to refund. Be careful booking flights online with non reputable companies. This will be continued through legal actions against BestTicketFare.com if they do not refund the ticket.
