Its a SCAM! I called after I purchased several tickets to Europe to confirm reservations, when all the stuff NEVER mentioned anywhere where causally being mentioned. First, you will sit where ever, flights time's and departure/destinations can be changed and the biggest shocker was the 6lbs bags per traveler, which can not be upgraded. All of this could be changed for an additional $500 per traveler of course. I hope you are reading this, before you decide to purchase your tickets through them. They should be regulated, if nothing else, forced to disclose this information.
