SUCH A SCAM!!!! I wish I had seen these reviews before booking because they absolutely just pretend to book you a guaranteed price and then do everything they can to scam you out of more money. They clearly get irritated when you mention reaching out directly to the airline to confirm details. The customer service individuals I spoke to were some of the rudest people I have ever come across in my life and I was nicely just trying to figure out the best plan forward. NEVER EVER BOOK THROUGH THEM!! They need to be shut down immediately.
