This place is a scam, like others have said, false advert with bait and switch tactics. I have been on the phone for five hours trying to get my carry on bag added, a checked in bag added, they have routed me through several different dates, cities and flights. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am planning on contacting the better business bureau and my bank to try and stop payment. This is ridiculous!
