TOTAL SCAM SCAM SCAM
I booked an international trip and they called me to let me know that my tickets didn't allow me to take any luggage with me. At first I thought was a joke but wasn't. She wants to tell me that the luggage fees or whatever the case may be wasn't included on the ticket price and they want to charge me over $700 more to change my tickets.
