This company is a pure scam. I booked a flight for my wife and I online, once processed, they sent me two separate transactions. And my daughter, a minor was scheduled to fly back alone late at night instead of flying together.
I called 3-4 times and each time they transferred the calls to "supposed" managers only wanted to assist in rebooking the flights with an additional cost of more than $200. I asked them to cancel both flights, and they stated that they would gladly do it, but they do not refund or give you credit. Bunch of thieves!!!
