I also would give a negative number or a "O" if I could. I called to book a flight: 2 1/2 weeks after I did not hear back from them (I called and they hung up on me) and after I purchased the ticket from another company, they contacted me with a "reservation". I told them they were too late, I had already purchased another ticket. They then proceeded to book a flight with United, without my approval. Apparently the ticket Best Fares purchased (without my approval or authority) not only does not conform to my requirements, but also the ticket is non "cancellable" and I am stuck with a $2000 charge for tickets.
