We are 2 seniors who were scammed by Best Ticket Fare.We purchases 2 tickets to Florence Italy for our Grandsons wedding they sent us the flight itinerary and took our credit card info March 8,2024. A charge of $828.18 was applied to United Electronic Ticketing come to find out it is for 2 tickets to Houston Texas.We have talked to United Airlines needless to say they will not refund us even knowing it’s a scam.We may not make it to the wedding UA said we could apply to a flight but the cost is way higher.We are amazed they are allowed to continue to do business.
