I was asked to pay 229.96 which was authorised by me, some one supposed to call me about my reservation No/ticket no etc. NO one called 3 days later when I called to inquire about, some answered the phon and transferred to differant no saying ticket expert will help you further. No one pick up. Finnaly I have to hang up and redile. Same procedure. I spent 5 hrs No answer. In the mean time I find out from my credit card they charged 308.10on my CC. this is totatly fraud. For last 2 days I am asking them to tretun the extra money charged . No one is listening Now I am asking my credit card for help and also writing to BBB . I will also askinh my attorney if we can file a forgery case against bestticketfare. I do dav reciept for 229.96
