Completed Scam /fraud/false advertise . Unfortunely couldn't give a ZERO. This place should be shut down by consumer affair. First time using this agency/site, offered a great price on United ,we paid over $4000 for 4 people, they didn't issue a confirmation as other airlines, few minutes received a call that our booking only allowed a personal purse not over 5 pounds, no carry on. If we want add a carry on or listed in the website, they refused to cancel our tickets and hanged up . This is really sad, when someone is planning a time to relax ,visit our love ones and people like this company destroyed our dreams.
