This is a scam company.
I booked business class.
They call and tell you you can’t take bags. How the F can I go to England for 3 weeks with no luggage
They tell you they can’t refund but they have premium economy for similar price.
At this point I don’t have much choice so I book with them for premium.
Never hear from them again so I heck with airline to make sure we have seats.
When we check in we have seats but only for basic economy.
Cost me another $1600 to upgrade at airport.
